- PokerStars is not responsible for any loss of play money chips, regardless of how this may occur.
- The bonus conversion rate is subject to change at any time, without notice.
- The TestPokerStars site may not always be operational on a 24-7 basis. If the site appears to be offline, please try logging on again a few hours later.
- The test site is only a beta version, therefore software problems may occur. If you do come across any problems, please report them to support@testpokerstars.com and we will work towards resolving the issue.
- The TestPokerStars site support team is very limited in both support hours and capacity. Therefore, response time may vary, and unfortunately some emails may also be ignored.
- The TestPokerStars site operates with play money chips only. If you want to play real money cash games and tournaments, visit PokerStars.com.
